les Symphony concert is scheduled in the auditorium on Saturday\, May 5\,
2018. \n\n\nA grand piano will be delivered by Steinway & Sons on Wednesda
y\, May 2\, between 12:00-3:00 p.m. (It will be picked up on Monday\, May
7\, between 12:00-3:00 p.m.).\n\n \n\nMay we please request:\n\n \n\n\nLob
by and stage doors open\n\nat 8:00 am so that we can set up for the public
morning rehearsal that begins at 10:00 am. \nat 5:00 pm for the evening
concert with the pre-concert lecture at 6:40 pm and the concert beginning
at 7:30 pm. \n\nAccess to\n\nthe lobby restrooms and lower restrooms on le
vel 400 (please open the lower restrooms before the concert begins)\ncusto
dian's closet\ntwo tables for concessions area\nthree tables and four chai
rs for ticket sales in the lobby\nfour stanchions in the lobby\none table
for promotional items (we will be hosting a food drive for Stevens Middle
