Attached please find JFFA's request for use of the PAHS auditorium for the following dates: Oct. 30, Oct. 31, Nov. 1, Nov. 23 & Nov. 24. As mentioned in my earlier correspondence, we have coordinated directly with the PAHS Drama Department (Patric McInnis and Anna Andersen) to clear dates for this project and avoid scheduling conflicts. Our request includes a detailed safety plan and proposed schedule in order to comply with current COVID requirements.
Dr. Unthank and the office of Clallam County Health & Human Services has already granted permission to move forward with this project based on current state COVID guidance for phase 3 activities. I am hopeful that PASD/PAHS will allow JFFA (in partnership with the Ballet Workshop) to rent and use the PAHS auditorium to film "The Nutcracker", granted that Clallam County reaches phase 3 by Oct. 30th which is the first day of planned filming for this project.
