We will need the auditorium foyer set up like we have in the past for the PAEF luncheon by 11 AM Tuesday October 29. Setup includes 72 chairs (last year we did 48 and some people had to stand), a table up front, a podium up front with microphone, and 3 tables in the back for food and drink. Thanks!
I would like to have 72 chairs set up for the event this year. We have 12 students getting the award so you could set them up as 6 rows of 12 with a small aisle down the middle, but if you can't fit that many horizontally then let's do 12 rows of 6 so the students are in the first 2 rows. Thanks!
