May 19th and May 26th. We had planned rehearsals at the studio but I'm having concerns over accommodating all 127 dancers in our small space. I wanted to inquire what the rental amount would be for adding those two days, auditorium only, from 9:00 - 11:30, 360-477-1545
Friday, June 1 : - 8:00 am tech rehearsal -- end time approx. 12:30 - 2:30 pm all cast dress rehearsal end time approx. 6:30 - 7pm
Saturday, June 2 - Show Day 1 - Morning rehearsal end time approx. 1:30pm at the latest. - Evening show: 9pm
Sunday, June 3 - Show day 2 Matinee showing: 4pm end time Haul-out immediately to follow, unsure of approximate ends times for this as of now, but will have a better idea following setup time.
