May we please request:

• Lobby and stage doors open
• at 8:00 am so that we can set up for the public morning rehearsal that begins at 10:00 am.  
• at 5:00 pm for the evening concert with the pre-concert lecture at 6:40 pm and the concert beginning at 7:30 pm.  
• Access to
• the lobby restrooms and lower restrooms on level 400 (please open the lower restrooms before the concert begins)
• custodian's closet
• two tables for concessions area
• three tables and four chairs for ticket sales in the lobby
• four stanchions in the lobby
• one table for promotional items (we will be hosting a food drive for Stevens Middle School)   

• Stage and lighting
• Two microphones for the evening pre-cconert chat; one microphone for the morning rehearsal.
