Lower Elwha Health Clinic would like to coordinate with you in order to have tribal students come in to get their sports physicals done. Thus far, I do know that we will have 1:00 – 3:00 PM blocked out for 2 providers to be able to see the students. What I am requesting from you is a list of native students who will need to update their physicals for this school year.
