• Lobby and stage doors open
• at 8:00 am so that we can set up for the public morning rehearsal that begins at 10:00 am.   
• at 5:30 pm for the evening concert with the pre-concert lecture at 6:40 pm and the concert beginning at 7:30 pm.  
• Access to 
• the lobby restrooms and lower restrooms on level 400 (please open the lower restrooms before the concert begins) 
• custodian's closet 
• two tables for concessions area 
• two tables for ticket sales in the lobby
• one table for promotional items (we will be hosting a food drive for Stevens Middle School)   
• Stage and lighting
• a microphone on stage for announcements in the morning and two microphones for the evening concerts  

This is our first symphony orchestra concert of the season.  We appreciate the cooperation of everyone at PAHS in allowing community use of your facility.  Thank you so much for all the work you do.
