We would be using the school tables and chairs and provide our own protective surfaces on the tables, under any paint projects. Brushes will be washed off site, and any trash will be taken out to the dumpsters by the coaches, adding no extra work for our janitorial staff.
Coaches will be in attendance the entire event, making sure everyone remains in the student center or returns directly from using the bathroom facilities. The room will be swept if needed. Chairs will be put back on top of tables and tables will be placed in their appropriate location. Bathrooms will be checked for cleanliness by coaches before leaving the building.
