After our leadership meeting this weekend, we thought it might be worth checking into the use of the cafeteria as well.  Is is possible to serve lunch in there if we have more women to stay than can fit into the cafeteria and student center?  Do you have tables/chairs that could be used?  Extra costs for that?  Please provide whatever info you can that will help us make a decision about our planning.  Thank you.

By now I'm sure you're getting ready to start up your programs for this next school year, so I don't want to take too much of your time.  However, I do want to get a copy of the signed contract for the facilities use for OPWF for next spring.  In talking with Rolan when we toured the facility, we noticed there are limited bathroom stalls for us to adequately provide for 600 women.  He suggested that we also request that bathrooms in the adjacent building(s) be unlocked for our use. We also realized that the cafeteria space is limited. 

 

Please update our facilities use to include: 

 

Originally requested:

  • Auditorium - Friday from 3pm-9 pm & Saturday from 7am-4pm (the extended time on Saturday may change to an earlier release)
  • Stage - same times as auditorium but only need space in front of curtain and green room
  • Microphones on stage and possibly in cafeteria, student center, and library
  • Cateteria - Saturday from 7am-2pm (please confirm how many tables and chairs can be fitted into the space)

I had checked off NOPSC Cafeteria - Is that the same as the HS cafeteria?

I had also requested a large room and small conference room but do not know if that is the same as the student center.

 

Please include in our rental:

  • Student Center - Saturday from 7am-2pm (will also need this space for serving lunch) Please confirm the number of tables/chairs which can fit.
  • Library - Saturday from 8am-2pm
  • Bathrooms in any buildings in close proximity to the auditorium/cafeteria

It would be helpful to have a complete cost breakdown for these facilities so we know what the final cost will be.  Please call me if  you need a deposit now or if you have questions I need to answer before thie contract can be completed.  Thank you.
