As I mentioned, the Clallam County Republicans will be holding our Presidential Caucus on February 20, 2016. We would like to rent the cafeteria at the Port Angeles High School to hold this event. We will use the cafeteria from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on February 20th. We estimate there will be between 200 to 250 people at the Caucus. I was told by other members of the party that the 2012 Caucus was held in the cafeteria and its size and number tables was perfect for the meeting.
Please let me know what application materials need to be submitted and other information, such as proof of insurance, we will need to provide. Could you also let me know the cost to rent the cafeteria, amount of deposit and when final payment is required.

PAHS Custodial - We will need to move 10 tables and chairs for those tables from the library into the cafeteria on Friday night. Sodexo supplies need to be pushed against walls.
