  Symphony concert is scheduled in the auditorium on Saturday December 10\,
  2016. \nMay we please request: \n\n•    Lobby and stage doors open\no  
   at 8:30 am so that we can set up for the public morning rehearsal that b
 egins at 10:00 pm.   \no    at 5:30 pm for the evening concert with the pr
 e-concert lecture at 6:40 pm and the concert beginning at 7:30 pm.  \n• 
    Access to \no    the lobby restrooms and lower restrooms on level 400 (
 please open the lower restrooms before the concert begins) \no    custodia
 n's closet \no    two tables for concessions area \no    two tables for ti
 cket sales in the lobby\no    one table for promotional items   \n•    H
 eat\no    for the morning dress rehearsal the heat turned off (or turned d
 own to 60 or lower) at 10:00 am \no    for the evening performance please 
 have the heat turned completely off at 6:40 pm.  \n•    Stage and lighti
 ng\no    a microphone on stage for announcements for both the morning and 
 evening concerts.  \n\nWe appreciate the cooperation of everyone at PAHS i
